Emily Rainwater, AMP currently serves our community as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Northwest Arkansas. Emily has over 12 years of banking and lending experience, was the first female in NWA to graduate from the MBAA Future Leaders Program, and has completed the Accredited Mortgage Professional program. Her relationships within our community and heart to serve others will provide an seamless, transparent, and communicative home buying process. As a preferred lender for many builders in NWA, she is also able to offer lender credits on most new construction homes to be used towards closing costs and prepaids, rate buy down, and any other lender allowables.
